Everything you do by hand
in your business
can run itself!
Screening leads, answering customers, updating your calendar, sending invoices.
On the tools you already have, without changing how you work.
Who we are
Faber Flow is a boutique technology firm for automations and integrations in law offices, founded by Oren Grach after 12 years in telecoms: communication lines, network equipment, complex faults, and a deep working knowledge of AI tools.
We connect the telephony, the WhatsApp and the tools you already have, and we keep the data private at every step. The system fits onto what exists, without swapping your tools or changing how you work.
No management layers, no call centre and no ticket numbers, you talk directly to the person who builds your system.
Your day looks roughly like this
Calls you never answered
You are in a hearing, a meeting or the car, and missed calls pile up with no name and no reason
A warm lead gone cold
Someone left their details in the evening, and by the time you got back to them they had already spoken to another firm
Meetings that go nowhere
Half an hour with an enquirer, and only at the end does it turn out there is no case, or that it is not your field at all
The same day, with one change
Instead of lost calls and leads that already went to the firm across the street, three tidy enquiries are waiting for you, with everything you need in order to call back. Who got in touch, about what, and when it suits them to talk. You did not lift a finger. All of it happened while you worked.
A lawyer’s hour is worth money. Admin is not
Two cases from your working day
Sample conversations, not a real client. The questions are yours, and you write them once
A lead from the campaign, qualified in seconds
Someone leaves their details on an ad about construction defects at 21:47. Instead of waiting for you, a conversation opens and asks exactly what you need to know before a first call.
Hello Rotem, thank you for reaching out through the ad. So the lawyer can call you back prepared, a few questions. Which city is the property in?21:47
Rishon LeZion, a new flat from the developer21:48
When was the flat handed over, and is there already an engineer's report?21:48
A year ago. Damp and cracks. No report yet21:49

A call comes in while you are in court
Instead of a ring that disappears, the caller gets a WhatsApp message with the questions you defined. Anyone who prefers a voice message reaches a voicemail in your own voice, transcribed in Hebrew.
Hello, we saw you called and could not pick up. So we can come back to you prepared, what is it about?11:02
A leak from the flat above damaging my place, and the neighbour denies it11:04
Thank you. Is this an existing matter with us, and when suits you for a call back?11:04
No, a new enquiry. Any time except 13:00 to 15:0011:05

What I build most often
Nothing here is off the shelf. These are the five templates we start from, and each one is rebuilt after a scoping session around how your firm works.
A WhatsApp bot that qualifies leads
The enquiry comes in and reaches you sorted, before you pick up the phone
Voicemail and call transcription
A missed call comes back to you as text, not as a ring that vanished
Sorting and prioritizing enquiries
Urgent goes to the top. Everything else waits its turn
A calendar that updates itself
Meetings, confirmations and reminders, with no back and forth
Connecting the systems you already have
Your tools stop working in separate boxes
Didn’t find yours? That is exactly what the first call is for.
How we work
Mapping before code
We sit for an hour, walk through your working day, and mark where the time burns. Nothing gets built until it is clear what saves the most.
Build what’s missing, connect what’s there
A bot that screens leads, a flow that updates the calendar, systems that stop being islands. What the business needs, not what impresses in a demo.
Support, not handover
An automation that breaks quietly is worse than no automation at all. I stay in the picture, I watch it, and I fix it before you notice.
What every lawyer asks
My clients are in crisis. They need a human voice
True, which is why the system does not hold the conversation for you. It collects details and says you will be in touch, in one fixed and simple message. You walk into the call itself prepared.
AI makes mistakes, and my field has no room for one
There is no open-ended AI in the intake conversation. There are fixed questions that you approve in advance. No improvising, no advice, no surprises.
What about privilege and privacy?
Recordings and transcripts sit on a server in Israel, in a closed environment, with no foreign cloud and nothing used to train a model. Ready for Amendment 13, and all of it set out in a signed data processing agreement.
I work alone. I have no time for a complicated system
Working alone is exactly why it matters. There is nothing to install and nothing to learn. It runs on the phone and the WhatsApp you already have. The system is not another task on your desk, it takes tasks off it.
Let’s see whether this even fits you
A 15 minute intro call. I do not throw prices around, because every firm works differently and the time burns in a different place for each one. On the call we find out whether there is something to do here, and if there is, we book a scoping session. If there is not, I will say so plainly.
Or leave your details and I’ll get back to you
